How do I change my email address?

First of all, make sure you`re logged in to Environmental Expert. Once you`re logged in, you should see an option called "Edit Professional Profile" by hovering over the dropdown menu at the top left of any page of the site.  On the next screen go to Contact Details > Email on the left-hand menu.  To change your email address, follow these steps:

  • Click the "add new" button on the green tool bar and add your new email address.
  • Once your new email address appears on the list, select it and click the "make primary e-mail" button on the green tool bar.
  • You may now select and delete your old email address if this is no longer un use.

By changing your primary email address, all subscriptions and notifications from Environmental Expert will be sent to your new email address.

Please note, however, that if you want inquiries generated from your company profile to be sent to a different address, you need to make that change by going to "Manage Company Profile" in the dropdown at the top left of your screen, then going to Company Profile > Edit Profile on the left hand menu.
